Discovery Park

Last Saturday, thinking it would be a normal Seattle day, we made the trek across the city to Discovery Park.  It's a beautiful park that has fjord-like views over the sound.

Little did we know, we'd be a 30 minute walk from our car when hail would start.  Good thing we live in Seattle.  The worst weather we usually get is thunder once a year, so it wasn't as ominous as our mid-west instincts led on.  Ten minutes later, we were left hail free with a rainbow in sight.

On this note, please stay safe friends and family in the Midwest/East coast!
