Everyday, I notice more and more how little Ruthie is a toddler (sans "toddling.) Today's Photo Shoot Friday will illustrate.

These toddler years are going to be fun! This is the "independence day" year, so Dr. Franklin tells us. Little does he know, she's been independent since the beginning, so we're good. Nothing new here! Just a fun little Miss!
