Over labor day weekend, Danny, Ruthie and I packed up the car and drove 6 hours in a car to Idaho (7 on the way home.) Our sweet friends, Gus and Jen, invited all of the 4th year residents to their family's cabin on the lake. Before this weekend, I only thought of potatoes when I thought of Idaho.
Coeur D'lene.is.amazing. The lake was as clear as could be. It if weren't 1-2 miles deep, you probably could see the bottom!
And of course, Ruthie had a blast.

Gus and Jen have 2 little ones. Their youngest is just 11 days older than Ruthie (they both decided to come early!) So, between playing with them:
