Happy Birthday Daddy!

Danny's first birthday as a Daddy was yesterday, and Ruthie decided to make him her own gifts! (she's so gifted...) She had these framed for him!

She also ordered this cake for him at a wonderful bakery in West Seattle called Bakery Nouveau with macarons on the side. Nummy! (to be fair, the cake and macarons were c/o Mimi and Papa...but the words were from Ruthie...if she could talk.)


































Mommy decided to make him a big dinner which consisted of a beef tenderloin with blue cheese sauce, wilted spinach with goat cheese and dried cherries and french bread. Ruthie would have helped with that, but I'm not comfortable with her handling the oven and stove just yet...maybe next year? ;)
All in all, we love Daddy Danny very very much, and we are very thankful for his birth 28 years ago. Danny, you ARE the BEST!
