On this day, 10 years ago (December 31, 1999,) after a romantic date to Evansville's Mesker Park Zoo (where only the lemurs remained on display in December,) your Daddy asked me to be his girlfriend...in Mimi and Papa's driveway...while Papa stood guard in the kitchen.
